Venezuela has some serious problems:
Despite breathless coverage of Venezuela's vanishing supply of condoms, toilet paper, and beer, perhaps the country's most debilitating shortage has been that of food, which appears to be a motivating factor for growing antigovernment sentiment.
"I want the recall because I don't have food," one woman told the Venezuelan commentary site Contrapunto, referring to a referendum to recall President Nicolas Maduro that has so far reportedly drawn more than a million signatures in support.
What do you do if you're a felon with six convictions, a revoked driver's license, multiple driving-while-suspended charges (none of which you've bothered to attend court for) and your girlfriend wants you to take care of her three kids?
You drive the older kids to school and leave the little one strapped in the car seat to roast to death, of course.

"Trump cut through this sad remainder-bin collection of the indolent, the unappealing and the relentlessly, programmatically shitheaded like a burning chainsaw going through Country Crock."

Carreyrou, a two-time Pulitzer winner, read that passage and (as you probably just did) essentially scratched his head. Soon after, he got a tip from a source who noted, he told me, that “the coverage that the company was getting belied some serious issues” with what was really going on inside Theranos.
That would go in line with the rumours of the way the late Steve Jobs retaliated to tech sites/magazines if they didn't touted the Apple appliances to be as the greatest inventions the world has ever seen.

Sorry, we can't stay and defend the Fatherland anymore from the foreign invaders. We're on overtime.
Germany Army leaves NATO exercise early due to overtime rules.

Because you know the court is simply going to let you out on bail with a warning not to drive again.

Very well-written article on Cruz being thrown over by the voters.

So the guy who aided and abetted an internationally wanted mass murdering drug warlord is upset that someone said mean things about him?
