Affirmative Action Retweets
Yes, it's infantilize women week on Twitter! Kindly male TV writer Steve Marmel is retweeting all the women who are too pathetically uninteresting and unfunny to get attention without a man's help.
My response:
I can't think of anything more insulting than to be retweeted simply because I was born with a vagina. Don't "amplify" me unless I earn it. https://t.co/wGoJU4bNtw

And your got the prototypical Nick response.

The local college has black people radio. I.e. they only play artists who are black. They claim to be a jazz station, but in what universe is Michal Jackson jazz? Not to mention the gospel, zydeco, and others they play. At least R&B has some alignment but the old style blues flat isn't jazz either. I actually like the station because they play such a wide variety. After all skin color doesn't have much to do with musical style or aptitude. I just wish they would be honest about things.

He's still not going to get laid.

I loved that, Crid. (Mine's first response.)
Michael Jackson is jazz in a world where I can play basketball because I can stand on the court and quickly duck out of the way when someone throws the ball in my direction.
Snoopy, so perfect.
I've noted before that these male feminist strategies are either virtue signaling or covert beta male strategies for getting laid.

Mostly the latter, from what I've seen of guys like that. It'll be fun to see what happens to the entertainment industry when Hollywood starts imposing race and sex quotas on on-screen parts for movie and television productions.
And do continue to note the unintentional irony of people who claim to promote "inclusiveness" by being exclusionary.

She dyed her hair because patriarchy.

Hmmm, blonde...with an inch of seriously dark roots....I think not.

"Being a brunette helps me to look a bit older and I needed that, I felt, in order to be taken seriously," Carey says.
Gee, that is the same reason I grew a beard. Maybe what is happening between your legs isn't part of it.

"Gee, that is the same reason I grew a beard. "
Similar happened with me and my beard, when I was job hunting back when I was 26. Every place that I interviewed with before I shaved it off (took bad advice) offered me a job, no place after I shaved it off. Was asked when I would be graduating.

"She dyed her hair because patriarchy."
The woman with the naturally blonde hair with black roots sensibly adjusted her appearance and demeanor to match her clients' perception of someone with superior capability and experience, and she got more business. Then instead of giving herself credit for insight and good sense she chooses to see it as a concession she was forced to make as a victim of patriarchal oppression.
As a young man back in the 70's I made a business of removing big trees from difficult places. I found that when I cut my long hippie hair short, kept a semi-groomed beard, and wore climbing boots and a t-shirt that showed some muscle instead of a loose fitting Hawaiian shirt and comfortable shoes, a prospective customer with a huge eucalyptus tree leaning over his greenhouse was a lot more likely to look at his greenhouse and up at his giant tree, and then look me over and say, "Ok, do it." I attributed the difference to presenting an appearance that gave the impression of superior capability, and not to discrimination against hippies.

My wife used to have her hair dyed a knockout shade of red. I loved it. But she had to go to a more muted color because she got snarky comments at work. The kicker: where she works, it's all women. It's not the men oppressing, because there aren't any.
