Rube Goldberg's Valentine's Day Gift
I need to eat some apple peel, but I don't eat fruit (low-carb/high-fat diet). Gregg found this amazing device for me, and it's on sale (maybe just for today) for $9.09. I absolutely love using it. Peel winds right off all in one strip.
Please also consider ordering my new science-based book, "Unf*ckology: A Field Guide to Living with Guts and Confidence" -- very affordable on Kindle and in trade paperback!

Which do you eat, the peel or the "flesh"?

That's not a come-on, by the way.

Why eat peel??

Well, if you peel potatoes (I never do) you can salt them and roast them in the oven.
Btw, here's what to do with a long apple peel (hint: predicting the future):

@Momof4,
I think this might be the answer

Although, I think delicious salty bacon fat might give it a sweet potato chips-like taste.
