If I had to generalize about the single biggest problem in relationships today, it would be that women (especially) have low self-esteem. Nathaniel Branden is THE authority on self-esteem, as far as I’m concerned, and lays out not just what it is, but the daily practices entailed in order to have it. This book should be required reading for every 13-year-old girl on the planet...and then some.
