"CF woman (the OP) has house and was just friends with a guy for 10 years from college. Dude marries and has a couple of kids and ends the friendship because 'being CF is bad influence on his kids' They stop speaking and three years later she gets a text saying he needs to take his family and stay with her due to a pipe break and no hot water. She turns his entitled ass down and he threatens to trash her on social media for not helping kids in need.

"Someone on reddit on the thread said that she found out in her state that if you take someone in for more than 7 days and nights they can claim tenants rights and it can costs thousands just to try to evict them and that may very well be their game."

"I was talking to my bitter Catholic aunt about these awful tenant rights things and she mentioned that she saw it as horrible, but then also admitted that it may be necessary for a family with nowhere to go..ie lock the legal owner out and claim squatters rights.

"OPs sister and friends did some research on social media and found out, that the heater thing was a lie - that dumbass 'Dave' sold his house because his family and harpy wife were greedy for more space for their (+1 Covid baby - OF COURSE!), but the dumbasses didn't organize the next house before selling theirs for a load of cash.

"The market was hard and they didn't succeed in buying a new house, and started squatting with friends, even refusing to pay expenses like food, or cleaning up their messes. And after the friends, one by one, kicked their filthy asses and their misbehaved kids out, a------- wound up at a hotel (with plenty warm water!), not wanting to get an apartment either. OP was basically the last option to exploit that came to their minds, after taking advantage of seemingly 4 friends' residences.

"The wife even bragged on FB that they found a 'cute' place to stay (meaning OPs house!), when her husband pressured OP - and started bitching after OP said no.

There are many hypocrites and fools. Observe those who think that everything is A-OK when the person they voted for does something - when it was reason for jail for anyone else.
