These are sold at the American Public Health Association conference every year, and they're a big hit. It's a cute idea, but the designs are way too busy and the colors are pretty ugly.

I agree with Lena. I prefer large patches of color. And I wouldn't want to wear a tie that requires someone to park their face six inches from my chest to appreciate the pattern.
