This may be inspired by mall standees for the chain Chik-Fil-A, which use dto (and may still) feature a cow holding up a sign that read "Eat more Chikn."
The implication being that animals are only semi-literate and can't fool anybody, or something. I'm pretty sure they knew it was a typo, but the guy who owns Chik-Fil-A is a Christian fundie, so who knows?

Ahhh, condescension. Every farm animal is actually an Oxford scholar, and far smarter than the owner of a restaurant chain and the ad agencies that represent them!
