This is not meant as some twisted response to Lena's comment, but Turlington's appeal is primarily to women. She was basically out of the fashion business by the time I knew she was alive. And despite moving in shallow, pop-oriented social circles and working in a distant, franchised annex of the fashion business, I've never heard another man speak of her. At all.
I suppose women don't talk about Karl Malone much, either, but the attraction of a CT-style beauty is supposed to be universal by definition.
