Jihadi Campaign To Invade Facebook
Last week, on the password-protected jihadist forum Faloja, Umar Abd al-Hakim (aka Omar Abdul Hakim) posted a campaign to invade Facebook by jihadi propagandists. Here's some of it, excerpted from the entire post at The JAWA Report:
* We have already had great success in raiding Youtube.
* American politicians have used Facebook to get votes, like the house slave Obama.
* Anyone can join and you can reach millions of people. The April 6 youth are a good example of this.
* I am writing this because supporters of jihad don't know how to use Facebook to reach Americans or Muslims.
* Don't worry about security as long as you don't disclose your personal info and you use new email addresses to subscribe.
* A large number of people in the Arab world are using Facebook.
* We can use Facebook to fight the media attack on Jihadi media and the forums. We can post media on Facebook that shows the Crusader losses.
* Since Facebook is so widespread, we need to use it.
* By using Facebook, we can move from the forums and engage common people and Americans themselves to show them the reality of their losses, which are being concealed by their media.
* One of the goals of invading Facebook is to "move away from elite society (the forums and the Jihadi websites) to Muslims in general and participate and interact with them." [parenthetical comments are `Umar's]
* The brothers should immediately start to build their expertise in using Facebook.
* I've called this campaign "Ghazwat al-Nusra2″ (Aid Invasion2) because we are aiding our brothers on the forums: Hesbah, Firdaws, Boraq, and Ekhlaas. [sic all]

Here's a fun thing happening today; The Islamofaschists are boycotting YouTube. Why? Because the site added some "Questionable Content" restriction to their site. So I am on full time today on YouTube, playing very long Pro-Reason and Anti-Islamist playlists.
This is really a fun day to be alive! ;)

If their not worried about their IP security it will make it so much easier to track them

I knew facebook was evil.

What Jerry said. If 'the brothers immediately start to building their expertise in using Facebook', they're probably going to spend a lot more time getting laid than exalting Allah.

While I fully realize that Islamic Jihadists and the Radical Left have very different political agendas, the tactics they use and their end goals often seem to intersect more frequently than the latter group would care to admit.
YouTube is a horrific place for any sensible discussions taking place. It has gotten so bad that I have had to place Full Comment Control on every video I've posted. I don't need to agree with every comment but I refuse to tolerate hateful propaganda and other statements that are not supported by facts. Both of these are trademarks of both aforementioned groups.

Robert, relax. Opinions are plentiful on the internets. Even Arab newbies will learn in short order that unsigned ones (like this one, essentially) are worth everything one pays for them.
Facebook and Youtube are not powerful new recruitment tools for Islamic Jihad.

I take this with a grain of salt. First off how many Jihadis actually have access to a computer or even decent internet. Include such aspects like language barrier, computer knowledge and ability, computer equipment needed to run programs effectively.
Also this war front this would be a boon for any private or government intelligence service in which to track a whole bunch of people - easily. A web page is very anonymous but a facebook page and messaging takes a live person which lessens the anonymity. It would not be long before that western scum who is listening to your propoganda is getting paid to listen to you rant and is tracking your ass and snooping in your computer.
One way to stop this is action. I am thinking a petition/group should be started in facebook - "Banning Arabic Facebook service". If 99 percent of your customers speak English, Russian, or any other language rather than Arabic. Why risk loosing customers from the other 99 percent to keep the 1 percent happy.
Something to ponder also is how many actually Jihahdis could even speak passable english, french, etc to get the attention of the common man. If I get some idiot who can barely speak english it would be less then a minute before I drop his ass and defriend him.

More importantly, hardcore porn is as available as readily as is Jihadist propaganda. The internet is all about giving 'em what they want.
Not just hardcore, but the whole universe of western culture. Consider this post from Cosh. Know what the funnest thing about that song is? Women like it as much --often more-- than men do. (They're listening to the lyrics! Women are nutty that way!)

Fuck that. Ban nothing. I want access to every idea that can be put in a sentence in any language, no matter how violent or odious. I personally will pass judgment on it, and will never, ever give you authority to do so on my behalf.

I watched the 'single ladies' video-all I got from it is that she wants to get married? Was her boyfriend cheating on her or something?
