If I were your mother, this would be just the thing to get me for Mother's Day: The Complete Far Side 1980-1994 (2 vol set)
Of course, I'm not your mother (when asked whether I have any children, I like to answer, "None that I know of.")
Also, I already have this set, and give it to friends as a wedding present (marital laughter insurance, providing they have a slightly sick sense of humor, like me).
I bought this for myself before you started your store Amy
And to those who buy it be warned - it weighs like 30 or 40 lbs.
It has every farside cartoon in publication order, the occasional comment from Gary Larson, an outraged reader or his editor
The only draw back is it doesnt include the Pre-History book, or the weiner dog art collection

I just love this book. And it is heavy. The outraged letters -- like from the cat lovers -- are hilarious.

Much as i like the Far Side most people would just look at this and say "I dont get it."
