Muslim women have no choice but to abide by Sharia, since rejecting it is grounds for the charge of apostasy, punishable by death. Having been exposed to Sharia for centuries, Muslim women have learned convoluted coping mechanisms to avoid Sharia's wrath. Engaging in their own form of Stockholm Syndrome, most Muslim women publicly defend the very laws that enslave them. Even Obama's advisor on Islamic affairs, Dalia Mujahed, stated that Sharia is "misunderstood." Muslim women end up as the guardians of their own jails. It is women who often report younger girls who refuse to wear the head cover, and some wives cover up for the honor killing of a daughter by their husband or son. Many have accepted their inferior status and wear it as a badge of honor.That is why there is no significant grass-roots feminist movement in the Muslim world today. Muslim feminists are routinely accused of apostasy -- with its death penalty hanging over their heads. The only feminist movements to speak of in the Muslim world occurred during British colonial rule and, on a smaller scale, when the French conquered Egypt in 1798. By the end of the British rule, feminism ended inside the Muslim world.
Many Muslims claim that "Islam honors women" just as they claim that Islam is a "Religion of Peace." The truth however, is just the opposite. Islam does not honor women, but rather holds their very lives in absolute bondage.
...Here are just a few examples of what Muslim women must live under:
[1] There is no age limit for marriage of girls under Sharia. A man can pay a dowry and sign a marriage contract with parents of a toddler girl and consummate the marriage at age 9. Recent cases in Yemen and Saudi Arabia exposed this tragedy when 8-year-old girls filed for divorce from their over 50-year-old husbands. Not one Muslim authority challenged the Saudi marriage high official, Dr. Ahmad Al Mubi, who stated in 2008, in an interview that aired on LBC TV: "There is no minimal age for entering marriage. The Prophet Muhammad is the model we follow."
...[10] The testimony of a woman in court is half the value of a man, law o24.7. You can guess who usually wins if a man and woman face each other in court.
[11] Revered Muslim theologian Imam Ghazali (1058-1111) defined marriage for generations of Muslims without apology as: "Marriage is a form of slavery. The woman is man's slave and her duty therefore is absolute obedience to the husband in all that he asks of her person."
[12] For a Muslim woman to prove rape, she must have 4 male witnesses. "Proof of adultery and rape will be either confession of accused or eye-witness of four male adult Muslims." Hudood ordinance #7 of 1989 amended by #8B of 20 of 1990.
[13] A rapist may only be required to pay the bride-money (dowry) without marrying." law m.8.10, page 535. This law tells the man that all he has to do to rectify a rape is to pay a dowry to the rape victim. Rape is almost always blamed on the girl who must come up with 4 male witnesses, especially if she was not covered up the Islamic way. A Muslim preacher in Australia blamed rape by Muslim men on Australian women whom he described as "uncovered meat."

I don't bother reading the rest of it. But, I like to know why islamic women(islamic men) have the most tendencies to bully disadvantaged nonbelievers? Is it in their genes or in their culture? or is it due to their haughty evil islamic teaching? They may be confused about their own evil islamic teaching, but they don't have to be so abusive towards disadvantaged nonbelievers.

Fuck I hate backwardness being exported to our shores...the enslavement of women really gets me wound up, and on top of that, when the chattel is sold and one man has 4 wives that means that 3 men have none and no method of advancement...this is the one area that i'm a socialist...one lady per man...maybe that will keep the sex starved little bastards from blowing us up (I'm fine with them blowing themselves up...) What gets me the worst with Islam is that it's very very child-like..."Allah is not watching right now so I may do as I please"...It's a system of rules and if you can find a loop-hole it's perfectly ok versus actually being a grown up and understanding the "mentality behind the rule"....
When it all goes to hell and these stupid sheep keep making the rules and when the wolves come it's going to fall on the sheepdogs to pull the lambs from the fire...I wouldn't want to miss that fight for the world though :)

It's cultural but driven by religion (total system)...non-believers are infidels so the question is "Why not abuse them?" The koran says it's ok...and encouraged...even commanded...
...it's a hierarchal system that ranks everyone in the world...It's why Sunnis and Shiites are perfectly fine killing one another, it's why the muslim world turned a blind eye to the slaughter of black muslims in Africa...a disadvantaged non-believer is the low of the low...
It's human nature to want to be able to look down on others...and to actually do it....

My idea for the Muslim problem.
1) Round up all the women between ages 14 and 35 and put them on C-130s
2) Send them to Berkley
3) Require them to get a degree in Women's Studies
3a) Upon graduation sic them on FGM apologists
4) Send them back
5) In the meantime air drop bacon on the men left home.

Do you walk up to the biggest, meanest mofo in a place and pick a fight with him? or someone you think you can handle? then build up a following so that you can handle the mean mofo you avoided earlier in a straight-up kinetic fight?
That was Mohammed's strategy: fight when it was advantageous to do so, make nice when you were in no position to fight.

Elle's idea is awesome.
We live in a very diverse area, and there are a few Islamic women who have children at our local elementary school. Whenever there are school activities where the parents attend, these women (dressed in full coverage) always 1) stick together 2) refuse to talk to anyone else, even though several of us have made numerous attempts to interact with them and 3) cower in corners, especially if there are any men around.
The part that makes me sad, is that it isn't rudeness or aloofness driving them. You can tell that they are genuinely terrified of their spouses, and terrified of being seen acting friendly towards any Americans. If they were just being bitchy, I'd say "screw 'em". But trust me...you can tell just by looking into their eyes that they are frightened and abused.

I think it is inhumane of those inhumane islamic to look down on us nonbelievers just because we are nonbelievers.
I think islamic women and islamic men were and are still one of the most inhumane people in the world. some people said that they are evil scums and I have to agree because they treated disadvantaged nonbeliever like myself inhumanely.

Okay, first of all, this scenario is hot! If it lasts an hour and involves some sort of PVC burka. Why can't these A-rabs just get on board with pretend subjugation like in the good ol' U S of A??? Make a donation, get your freak on, and move on with your life like decent folk! Haven't they heard of craigslist?
