Some People Go On Outward Bound
Some people temporarily join the Maasai. And this girl looks and sound like about the last girl you'd expect to do that.
More here:
In September 2009 in Loita, Kenya where two American females, Nkashumpa (white folk), were recognized as Maasai warriors or Morans. Mindy Budgor and Alexandra Stillman lived in Kenya's Forest of the Lost Child with a group of seven Morans who taught them how to be warriors, surviving on goat, goat head soup, cow, cow head soup, and blood.

Anybuddy remember that Stones album?
'Course not. Me neither

If they want a challenge, they could try the Marines. The food is better.

I liked "Big Titty Mama".

Hmm. How long have the Maasai been around, say, vs. the USA?
You'll get the facial equivalent of the Blue Screen of Death from most folks looking at this. They can't imagine leaving what they know. Hey, they wouldn't even move for a loved one. What, no Internet? No Starbucks?
But I wonder about the cultural richness of LA, for instance, by comparison. How much of what we call "culture" is navel-gazing?

Radwaste, not to insult the Maasai...but I'd pit a contingent of Marines or American SF against the Maasai any day of the week.
Though I'll add that I wouldn't mind giving that a try myself.
