TSA Speedo Protester
Let's have more of this! With the sign on the back! (I hope at least a few people applauded when he got to the other side.)

Cute kid, awesome protest, easy on the eyes, I'll give it 8 stars ********.

When the British aimed to protect the Crown through invasive search and seizure, invading the homes of American colonists without reasonable cause or warrant these same colonists proposed a new form of government whose charter included a fourth amendment prohibition against the warrant-less search and seizure of persons and property. Nonetheless today we allow this behavior. We have forgotten why our constitution was written in its original form.
I applaud the gentleman in this video. Peaceful protest is a hallmark of democracy...too bad there are so few people doing the same.

And the Advice Goddess blog has become the "Let's Bash TSA" blog.

The TSA just happens to be the organization doing utterly unreasonable searches without probable cause. Probable cause is NOT having a bunch of change in your pocket as you go through the metal detector.

If renaming this blog to "Let's Bash the TSA" is what it takes to keep us on task, then Amy should go for it. I am sick of this topic already but I still try to bring it up with as many people as possible. Everyone needs to talk about this for PRECISELY the reasons this cute guy in the video, and Sam Caldwell in the comments, outline.
I thought the guy's protest was decent - not that big of a deal on its own, but if lots of people do stuff like this I think it'll have some serious effects.
I'll just say that his last sentence sent chills up my spine and brought an enormous smile to my face. Yes, indeed, my friends, we *are* watching them now aren't we? It's times like these when I wish I was friends with Mulder and Scully.
Keep it up, Amy. Being bombarded with TSA talk is what we need to save our country.

Would have been funnier if it was a big fat guy in a Speedo.
