Half-Naked Milkmaid Somewhere In Santa Monica
Can you think of some other explanation?
In case you can't tell, this was lying across the curb into the street.

That's Wendy's. Examine it for the scent of fast food.

Anybody in the mood for a rhetorical slam-dunk?
Crid [CridComment at gmail] at March 14, 2012 10:22 AM
Single shoes found beside the road. This one is a slam dunk - "I quit."
MarkD at March 14, 2012 11:29 AM
> "I quit."
Meaning, "I'm gonna leave you here and hop on home"?

Fuck the ADA. Thank you very much.
I imagine owning a small motel somewhere on the countryside fringes of our economy, having my livelihood (and that of my seven employees) threatened because some fascist fuckbrain in Washington wants it to be the policy of the United States that everything will go perfectly for everyone at all times.
This is INSANE.

Maybe the St. Pauli girl took a job in a topless bar?
Patrick at March 14, 2012 5:24 PM
Crid, read your link. Agree that this is completely fucked up.
Years ago I worked on computerized ticket machines. One feature I helped implement was the audio for ADA support. I proposed that we not bother and just give free tickets to the blind and those in wheelchairs. Turns out the city buying the systems had the same idea, but were turned down by government lawyers.
