Disgusting: Watch Some TSA Lackey Pawing Jennifer Hudson's Hair
This was one of the ickiest parts of my TSA gropings. It's so personal to have your hair touched -- it was extremely upsetting to me to have it as part of the violation of my Fourth Amendment rights at the airport. And for what? Meaningless shows of "security" theater?

Could the federal government actually prohibit flights from going to Texas? That was the threat if this bill to stop the pat downs passes.
I don't have a law degree, and even if I did, there's no way I could know all of the laws on the books.
I really want to know what the feds would claim enables them to stop flights to Texas, or anywhere.
