Sick: Bogus Call Sends Police To Home Of Another Kimberlin Critic
Patterico blogs that blogger Erick Erickson is the latest victim of yet another dangerous attempt to intimidate those who speak freely against convicted bomber Brett Kimberlin. Erickson's tweet:

@EWErickson Sheriff is at my house. Someone spoofed my phone number and said someone had been shot at my house.

Luckily, he expected this sort of thing, he told Patterico:

@EWErickson We're ok. After I starting writing about #BrettKimberlin I informed the local sheriff's office to expect this to happen.

I doubt any investigation of this Kimberlin schmuck will ever occur, with Holder as AG.

Please, nothing will ever happen to him. Fox news gave a traitor his own program, you really think anything will happen to a part of the democratic finacial support system while a democrat is in the white house?

These people never pay for their crimes tehy way you or I would be forced to.

Cast of Characters:

  • Brett Kimberlin: set off eight bombs in Speedway, Indiana in 1978 over the course of several days. He was supposed to do a total of fifty-one years, six months and 19 days. His final release in 2001 well short of that. Also convicted of perjury and strongly suspected of murder, drug dealing and other crimes.

  • George Soros: Mulch-billionaire and founder of many ultra-left wing organizations such as The Tides Foundation, Open Society Institute, etc. that are socialist, Marxist, or communist in nature.

  • Patterico: Early nationally known blogger on the origins of Kimberlin

  • Erick Erickson: More recent nationally known blogger on the origins of Kimberlin

Definitions:

  • SWATting: Calling the local police to the "offending" persons address to get a SWAT team to respond to a falsely reported event.

What essentially happens is that someone's fourth and fifth amendment rights are violated by the fact most times SWAT teams work off the imminent danger clause. In addition, sometimes the person may do something wrong, that leads to them being shot and/or killed.

This is usually done to nationally known bloggers that bring up Kimberlin's past or association to Soros and his associations.

He has also often filed lawsuits and other types of affidavits against the person who offends him.
