In short, cut out flour and sugar and fruit juice (I also cut out fruit) because these carbohydrates cause the insulin secretion that puts on fat. Eat plenty of meat and non-starchy vegetables. Be sure you get a lot of meat fat and not too much protein.
For example, this morning for breakfast, I had three strips of greasy bacon, a cup of kale cooked down to crispy bits in some leftover bacon grease, and an Omega-3 egg two-egg cheese omelet. Brain food. Ample fat, lots of vitamin K in that kale, which we tend to not get enough of in this country.
The supplements I take: Only magnesium malate, 5,000 iu of vitamin D, and krill oil. I mean to get some MCT - Medium Chain Triglycerides, per Dr. Michael Eades. My show with Mike and his MD wife MD:
