Death Panels?

Seems the NHS is letting people {circa 60,000 / year) starve to death - unplugging life-support - no matter the actual health of those people (i.e. even if conscious and not wishing to die) or the wishes of family. And indeed, not even asking. Just an administrative "how much is this costing" decision.
