For the record, I kinda disagree with this. Sure: There are a few profoundly empowered individuals out there who make a disproportionate amount of trouble.
But I think that most of this comes from the man on the street, who has allowed himself —through cowardice and laziness— to believe that all of life is a policy problem, and that he can live like a King once he convinces someone else to pay for it.
