I "love" randomly placed quotation marks.
They're scattered all over my town, but I couldn't think of any examples so here's a blog instead.

I got called out on quotes after using them in a 2nd grade essay. I was a voracious reader, but it was a mystery to all where I had picked up the bad usage at such a tender age.
When pressed, she did explain the "water games" was too generic to quotate, but said that, as an example, I would be okay to quotate a made-up name such as "Wet Weasels". LOL, the things we remember 50 years on...
