Note this would be illegal in "two party consent" states.
I would like someone to ask our young former prosecutor here if he has ever prosecuted someone with claims that he might now think may have been just as fake.

Somehow I think that would have been overlooked in his defense. Besides she was admitting to illegal acts.

Not if someone wanted it to, would be inadmiassable evidence, and therefore not seen by any juror.

This kind of thing is quite common in divorces to get custody of the kids. Once you get the father removed form his own hiome he is no longer a resdiential parent and it just unolds form there. Fathers and Families has documeted this time after time. They have documented lawyers coaching thier clients to do this. It's a real problem in this supposed patriarchy.

But the woman knowingly lying to get what she wanted, regardless of the consequences to him, that's not 'appalling' ??

If the lying bitch had been my employee, she would have quickly ceased to be.
I'd grant him a divorce and ALL the household assets, hers included. Leave the lying bitch with nothing.
