And in this case, the reason is he did some really stupid things.

Now that's a story to tell the grandkids.

What does he mean, that his girlfriend's pimp "set the whole thing up"? Was the evidence against him planted? How do you not notice the crack sitting in plain view on the nightstand?

Or did the crack really belong to him and the pimp merely called the police. If that's the case, oh, well. Busted.

Because sometimes pimps just attach themselves to women as they're walking down the street. Totally random, dontcha know.

Aka he was being paid off to cover for the pimp and the pimp double crossed him. Or any other number of different criminal possibilities. Perhaps officer if your girlfriend has a pimp you should not be dating her, especially since as a cop you're supposed to uphold the law? Or is prostitution not a crime for cops? Just everyone else.
