McNuggets Rampage
Customer at drive-in window: "I'm going to eat your fucking face...and I'm going to digest it!"
"Don't make me assume my ultimate form!" (Um...institutionalized?)
I should add, via @fusionaddict, that this is fake audio stripped in. Hilarious, too.
The story, via Aliyah Shahid in the New York Daily News (from back on August 11, 2010, though the actual incident took place on New Year's Day):
An Ohio woman wasn't lovin' it when a Toledo McDonald's ran out of McNuggets.Images from a security video released this week shows Melodi Dushane, 24, punching two employees and smashing a drive-through window after finding out Chicken McNuggets weren't being served during breakfast time.
The nugget-loving woman, who said she was drunk at the time, was sentenced to 60 days behind bars last month. She also had to pay McDonald's the cost of replacing the broken window.

They weren't out of McNuggets - it was 10:30 am and they were serving breakfast. Wasn't there a scene in that Michael Douglas angry white man flick from about 15-20 years ago that used this exact scenario? Anyway, to revive an old jingo: You deserve a break today/So smash glass and speed away/from McDonald's!

Who says alcohol and McDonald's doesn't go together?
She definitely has anger management issues.

State mandated rehab would be a better sentence, as she was drunk at 10:30am.
Behavior notwithstanding, I actually feel kinda sorry for her.

Just 60 days and has to pay for the window?
How about paying something to the employees who had to put up with her shit? Even though they weren't "harmed" she should still pay them something.
Folks who have to deal with the public have my sympathy and gratitude even without mightmarish assholes like this woman. While not as extreme as this was, I've seen too many folks who think that customer service people are there for them to abuse. They seem to forget that they are people too.

Reminds me of when I was a waitress long ago. The really mean drunks were always women. They caused the most damage, too.
Pricklypear at September 2, 2013 11:57 AM
Thats becuase women are never to blame for their own choices, its always somehow a mans fault.
Rememebr a few moths ago when a drunk Reese Witherspoon bitched out a cop? Everyone blamed her even drunker husband for not "making" her stop

Actually, in a good relationship, people influence each other. Gregg and I do it. I know where he's likely to give in to his worst impulses and vice versa. We remind each other not to do that.

This first: The woman is entirely to blame. I also feel that her sentence was too lenient. She should be required to serve a year's probation on top of the two months. It will be revenue for the state and it will give her longer to think about what she did and how much it's costing her.
I need to say that because when I follow up what I think about the server's conduct, I'm going to get deluged with comments about how I "blame the victim," or about how "it's always the man's fault when a woman does something wrong."
That said, I've had managers that would fire for lesser instances of bad conduct than this server displayed.
Server: "Because we don't."
That's not a reason; that's provocation. "Why won't you do this?" "Because I won't." Basically it's saying, "None of your goddamned business why I don't." That's not how you respond to a customer. The correct response is, "Because we're serving breakfast at this time, ma'am. McNuggets will be made available at 11:00 AM."
Server: "Did you just hiss at me?"
Totally pointless question. It merely aggravated an already incendiary confrontation. What do you care if she hisses at you?
Just close the window and say, "Please drive away, ma'am" in a neutral if not polite voice.
Server: "Get your skinny ass out of the car!"
I don't know that this was the server. The voice sounded somewhat different, but the transcript says it was the server. Had I been that server's boss, that server would have been fired right then and there.
Also, they were trying to close the window on the woman's hands. You could argue, I suppose, that they didn't have much choice the way she was acting, but had the server not deliberately aggravated the situation and closed the window sooner, it wouldn't have come to this.
But now I'm curious as to what this woman thinks her "ultimate form" is. I'm guessing werewolf.

Totally agree with you Patrick.
Being in the medical industry, everyone I deal with thinks their situation is the only one I am currently dealing with, and it's a matter of life or death. Which is almost never is.
If I acted the way this server acted, my feet wouldn't touch the floor!!! I'd be fired before I could say "kiss my ass".
The woman was clearly to blame, but the server obviously either sucks at the job, or is a pro at pissing people off. (Probably on purpose.)
Like I said, I kinda feel bad for the woman. How much does your life have to suck for you to be drunk at 10:30 in the morning?

Or drunk ever. But I understand. It must really suck for you to go on a bender at 10:30 in the morning.

Oooh, in that case, I can't pass up the chance to post THIS old musical gem:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ndca5iYQW4
It's 2:32 long.
When you're a kid, of course, the doctor in the video sounds like any unsympathetic grown-up, but as an adult, I can think of at least three ways to watch it - one being that this is what most medical personnel want to say every day to patients.

I wonder what she would have done if they didn't have fries either?
Jim P. at September 3, 2013 7:52 AM
Patrick, interesting comments.
However, my understanding is that this video was the security camera which normally doesn't record sound and that the sound (and, of course, the subtitles) were added later. Someone used a bit of "poetic license" before uploading to YouTube. If this is the case, then there is really no way to know what the employees said or didn't say. (just an FYI)
