On top of everything else that's happening with Obamacare, it turns out that less than 10% of those who have signed up have made their first premium payment yet. At this point it's hard to tell if this is a problem; people may be waiting until closer to the due date, or it may be that payment accounting is getting screwed up.

Or it may be that some people who signing up think that, in the age of the Great And Powerful Obama, medical insurance is free. Never underestimate either the stupidity or the avarice of the low-information voter.
