I only use mayo when I make it myself. It might be fine for you, Amy, but store-bought mayo is most soybean oil. And soy is a testosterone inhibitor.

When I make mayo, I use olive oil. Somehow, it has a bit more tartness that way, but I like my testosterone levels where they are.
