Yeah, I don't think she understands what celluose actually is. Or that 50% oxygen, at anything approaching atmospheric pressure, is not only toxic but an extreme fire hazard.

Though nothing tops the Food Babe's shock and horror that the air on airplanes isn't pure oxygen, that it's "mixed with nitrogen, sometimes almost at 50%."

Good god, every single plant under the sun has cellulose in it. It is the most abundant bio resource on Earth. You cant avoid eating it
