"Vegetables such as rutabaga, celery root ... [ad nauseum]"
My youngest wanted me to take her to a smoothie place the other day. She let me have a taste of what they made her. The smell reminded me of potting soil, and it tasted like a leafy salad. I didn't really want to know all the ingredients, but I think there was spinach.
I guess I'm behind the times.
