Which Paul Nungesser can now use as evidence in court to demonstrate that the university is engaged in a conspiracy to defame him.

And: Cathy Young has uncovered evidence that the entire thing was a result of fraternity politics. The story is that Nungesser belonged to some type of coed fraternity; a clique leader in the fraternity decided she wanted him out, and she coordinated several people to make accusations against him.
