The ACLU has released an app for Android and iPhone called "Mobile Justice" and is in the relevant app store.
This app facilities video recordings of police, and has a button to upload the recording to the ACLU in case you're ordered to a) stop recording and b) remove the offending recording.
Proper answers are "no" and "no". You should also lock your phone with a pass code, as circumventing that will require a warrant.
