The former president of the United States agreed to accept a lifetime achievement award at the June 2014 event after Ms. Nemcova offered a $500,000 contribution to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation. The donation, made late last year after the foundation sent the charity an invoice, amounted to almost a quarter of the evening’s net proceeds — enough to build 10 preschools in Indonesia.
Wow, I'll take a cool $500K and I won't even need you to give me an award. I think I have enough scratch to buy my own.
Virtually every doctor and doctors’ group I speak to cites the same litany, with particular bitterness about the EHR mandate. As another classmate wrote, “The introduction of the electronic medical record into our office has created so much more need for documentation that I can only see about three-quarters of the patients I could before, and has prompted me to seriously consider leaving for the first time.”
So...we have many millions without health insurance, so to cure that we should increase the doctors workload so they a) see fewer patients, and b) getting some to say "fuck it all, I'm getting out while the getting is good".
Getting actual health care looks to be getting harder and harder to find.

This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it.

More fun with Obamacare:

You've got to look at a picture the statute to see how ridiculous this is.

Snoopy; that IS totally ridiculous.
Mansplaining indeed!
Some feminists need to get over themselves.
What if the guy sat next to the woman? They'd most likely say "how dare he sit so close to her!"
If he stood in front of her with his arms akimbo - they complain about that as well!
What would they call it when guys use that same gesture (foot on bench) when 2 guys are talking to each other in a locker room?
There is just no pleasing some folks.
