Well, it looks like Amherst College is about to learn that convicting a student of "rape" and expelling him can be expensive when he didn't actually commit a rape.

Amherst, on grounds that the accused student (who, per college policy, had no attorney) didn’t discover the text messages until it was too late, has allowed the rape finding to stand, even though the college’s decision relied on the accuser’s credibility (which is now non-existent). Amherst faces a due-process lawsuit in the case.

Don't know if someone posted this earlier, since it's a week old or so. Excellent article. Disgusting how the MSM latch on to these studies w/o checking, and how asking questions can potentially jeopardize careers.
