So much for those class action reforms. Short story: In the settlement of a class-action suit against Southwest Airlines, the plaintiff law firm (not identified in the story) gets $1.65M, while members of the class get coupons with a total value of, I guesstimate, less than $50,000. The really amazing part: If I'm reading the story right, the law firm claimed that it and the two lead plaintiffs should have gotten all of the settlement.
