"(Hillary) she and Bill had given $14,959,450 to charity."
"That’s wonderful, save for the small detail that her charity of choice was her own family. The couple donated all but $200,000 of their gifts since 2007 to the Clinton Family Foundation ..."
Nothing illegal and it all happened a long time ago. (Smell something so I"m going go to check my kitty boxes.)

Oh, and since it will be the 70th anniversary of Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings, a little cheat sheet for when the ignorant opine that the bomb didn't need to be dropped.
We should be thankful they were dropped, as I think they shocked the worlds nations into not using them over the next 70 years.
Kansas State’s “history of non-compliance” during four consecutive inspections over two years shows a “systemic problem” and has “raised serious concerns” about the university’s ability to put safeguards in place to ensure safety and containment of dangerous pathogens, according to a March 2014 letter to the university from federal lab regulators.
or maybe its the pathogens working into your system giving you those feelings?
IJNAF fighter ace, Saburo Sakai on the atomic bomb:
"If Japan had had the bomb, and they told me to fly the plane that carried it and bomb San Francisco or something, I would have done it gladly. That's a soldier's job. To follow orders and fight for his country. I think Tibbets was a great hero for the U.S. To fly out there with just two B-29s and no fighter escort, that takes a lot of guts. At the time, nobody knew about the A-bomb; there was no international treaty against its use, like there was for chemical weapons. The U.S. even dropped leaflets warning people in Hiroshima that a new weapon was going to be used. That's just war."

In the days of cops having dash cams, you shouldn't claim they did something nefarious unless they actually did something nefarious.

Re: the Canadian navy
When one of your flaships is 43 years of age, I think the answer is "you haven't put enough money into the navy". The closest US equivalent in class would be DDG-51, Arleigh Burke, commissioned in 1991.
"That’s what makes the announcement of Netflix’s unlimited (for the first year) paid maternity and paternity policy (for birth and adoption) so significant. It's equal, it's generous, and it's easy:"
"We want employees to have the flexibility and confidence to balance the needs of their growing families without worrying about work or finances. Parents can return part-time, full-time, or return and then go back out as needed. We’ll just keep paying them normally, eliminating the headache of switching to state or disability pay. Each employee gets to figure out what’s best for them and their family, and then works with their managers for coverage during their absences."
It depends upon how you define "seduction".

Bob in Texas; I am often doubtful of such announcements by companies: Equal leave for new fathers and mothers.
Ha! I've been involved with the corporate world too long to believe such tripe.
Just how many folks in their work force get such benefits? I'll bet that most of their workforce is contractors and get zero benefits.
More likely the benefits they are announcing publically are for executive exempt staff which are few in numbers.
It makes for great press and public relations for the company though, doesn't it?
