"Wonton ... Disregard"
My favorite bit of this...disaster of a legal brief...composed by a third-year law student.
He's suing Facebook. (He should be suing his English teachers -- any and all of them who gave him passing grades.)
More here.

Thou shalt not disregard Chinese dumplings! (Hey, those things are good!)

Ouch. I want to take a red pen to that, but it would probably look like evidence from a murder scene when done. If I properly deciphered that crap, he is suing Facebook because a random person created a fake account showcasing pornographic photos of him. From his filing I'm left with the impression that he is a whiny little bitch with entitlement issues.

It looks like mostly normal legalese that is required for complex lawsuits, and a GROSS INVASION of privacy. Anyone should be successful in demanding that Facebook remove unauthorized pornographic pictures of themselves!

This guy really puts the "dumb" in dumpling.

Basically, he wants Facebook to protect him from ridicule or cyber-punking.
Someone has issues leftover from high school.

Reads like chop suey.

Looks like he's on track for a brilliant career as a military lawyer.
Or he could be a star in a bible belt prosecutor's office, given the pearl-clutching anti-pornography think-of-the-children bent.
After a few years spent prosecuting non-Christians by way of plea bargaining and we should see him running on the local "Republicans aren't conservative enough!" ticket.

Maybe he should have just filed a DMCA take down notice of a copyright violation? it's a) simpler, and b) I'm pretty sure Facebook would have tripped over themselves to get it done.

From his Twitter feed it looks like he's trying to set himself up as a crusader for the little guy - basically getting in some pre-graduation ambulance chasing practice.
Just watch, this guy is going to file some ridiculously frivolous lawsuit before long. Get you coffees spills and Jeep roll-overs ready. Timmy is gettin' his law degree.

My bad, Tim Cushing was mocking this, not filing it.
Franco was filing it.
