Don't be a nine year old boy with a crush on a girl. You might find the school officals threatening you with sexual harassment charges.
I'm really glad I don't have children. Mostly because I'd have been put in jail for putting PC Principal over my knee and giving s/h/it a good spanking.

I've been telling you that our government is corrupt. Another addition to that wall of shame.
Remember: laws are for the little people.

Mark Steyn notes in the ongoing Mann v. Steyn lawsuit:
As to the court case - Mann vs Steyn - Robert Tracinski notes en passant here that we're now in the fourth year at the District of Columbia Superior Court. I voluntarily submitted to their jurisdiction (I don't live or work in the District of Columbia, and nor does Mann) because I naively assumed they had the minimal competence to adjudicate a 270-word blog post in under half a decade. They don't. It's somewhat frustrating to be trapped in a choked toilet of a "justice" system where everything is actionable but there's never any action.
Nevertheless, it will eventually come to trial, and I will be fighting to win. Because Mann and the Big Climate thugs are entirely serious about shutting down any and all dissent on this issue.
Several of us are afraid to disagree with other students, who in turn may report us to the authorities so we can be “dealt with.” Many students have told me they are also afraid to speak out against the protest narrative, afraid they will be called “racist” and become campus pariahs.
What’s lost is honest dialogue.
Those of us who want to support on some level the protesters’ pain bristle at their disregard for the First Amendment and freedom of the press and willingness to listen to others.
Remember: if you disagree with a Progressive, not only are you wrong, you're guilty of BadThought and inherently evil.

A choice bit from a study about why businesses move from California:
The cost and compliance burdens of California’s taxes and regulations fall disproportionately on smaller companies, which are less able to afford teams of attorneys and accountants.
Remember that the next time you're shocked that some large multinational is OK with some new, onerous regulation: it keeps the riff-raff out.

How Michael Jackson's music would sound in a Western Saloon:
UMass-Amherst students are demanding...an end to free speech.
Isn't that the same school that expelled a male student for sexual misconduct because he received a hummer from a female student when he was passed out and couldn't give consent?
EPA gets slapped around by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
