The Democratic party’s dramatic slide into naked authoritarianism — voting in the Senate to repeal the First Amendment, trying to lock up governors for vetoing legislation, and seeking to jail political opponents for holding unpopular views on global warming, etc. — has been both worrisome and dramatic. The Democrats even have a new position on the ancient civil-rights issue of due process, and that position is: “F— you.” The Bill of Rights guarantees Americans (like it or not) the right to keep and bear arms; it also reiterates the legal doctrine of some centuries standing that government may not deprive citizens of their rights without due process.
In just 2015, France suffered more casualties – killings and injuries – from mass public shootings than the U.S. has suffered during Obama’s entire presidency (508 to 424). This number includes the San Bernandino massacre on Wednesday.
ISIS seems to want Apocolypse Now, and some folks seem to be willing to indulge them:
Turkey and the US discussed this safe haven idea last summer. Regular readers will recall that Dabiq, the small village believed by ISIS to be the battleground of the apocalypse, is in that area. Hmmm...
Gen. Keane is not even hinting that he hopes to spark an ISIS apocalypse by meeting them in Dabiq. Dabiq is a logical area to establish a safe haven. His suggestion of "an international force" is utterly reasonable, and the fact that ISIS awaits a showdown with "the Army of Rome" under 80 flags is again undoubtedly a coincidence.
Giving them the fight they want at they place they believe their god will stretch forth his arm and give them a mighty victory? sounds like a winner to me.
ISIS gets turned into blood pudding, or Jesus makes an appearance and we get whupped.

I R A Darth Aggie, so we have a x7 multiplier by time, and with the population difference we have a x5 multiplier
Mean gun controlled France has 35 times more mass shooting than the US when accounting for time and population

Somebody at Norway's Aftenposten is a dick, publishing a story about the death of Father Christmas on the paper's web site.
Aftenposten staff have apologized for the error. No word on what happened to the clown who posted the story.

And finally, Stinky Swedes, Part 3:
Concerned tenants call police to report another strange smell coming from a neighbor's apartment, thinking a bootlegging operation was ongoing. Turns out it was something called kålpudding, which is a sort of cabbage pudding. It's comfort food in Sweden, apparently.
I was going to comment on Sweden's taste in comfort food, but then I though of scrapple.

"A full 76 percent of Republicans, currently Donald Trump's target audience, see Islam's values — and thus, presumably, the Muslims who adhere to them — as incompatible with the American way of life.
And a majority of the general public agrees with them! "

More dingbats in college:
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/12/08/students-rename-building-called-lynch-after-ex-president/?intcmp=hplnws
They don't want the former President's name "Lynch" on a building; it has "racial overtones" they claim.
Maybe they should go back to first grade instead of attending college if they don't know the difference between an uppercase and lowercase letter:
Lynch vs. lynch
