Yes, but that's only if the other Muslims are "true" Muslims. If you don't feel they're "true" believers, then they're infidels as well. If you're a Wahhabi/Salafist Muslim, you'd feel perfectly justified in blowing up a plane full of Sufis.

I saw it in a meme, and while I don't know if it's true, I have no reason to doubt it, and it's horrifying. It shows a young Muslim woman with a scarred and disfigured face, and the caption explained that her father threw acid in her face because she refused to marry a much older, already married Muslim man that her father had picked for her.
