Vajayjay Monologues to be cancelled because it was written by a white chick:
“I felt that limiting women to only Eve Ensler’s work was doing a disservice to both the women performing and to the audience at large,” Rachel Arco, the sophomore who organized the performance, told the Megaphone.
“This performance will largely be done with works by women of color,” she continued. “In doing so, it will be more representative of the experience of women, rather than only offering the white woman’s experience.”
(maybe if y'all would stop defining yourselves according to the bits betwixt your legs and instead the totality of your existence, you might find some satisfaction)
Oh, right...white male privilege.

And you’re gonna have the nerve to laugh and joke when teachers trying to teach you? You got the nerve to act the fool when somebody cares about you? You’re talking when I’m talking? Do you know if I go to a Jewish school, them kids are quiet. If I go to a white school, them kids quiet. If I go to a Latino school, they quiet. The only kids that disrespect me is black kids. That’s it, my own are the only ones that disrespect me. I work in any other school and they’re like, “There go ET, we taking notes.”
"InstaPundit commits a common logical fallacy", perhaps.
Perhaps.
But still, can you explain why the bluest of the blue cities are facing financial hardship, racial tension, underfunded pensions, overbearing teachers unions, heavy-handed constabularies, and various forms of crony capitalism, and in some cases see their citizenry as a source of income?
Oh, right. That provides the most opportunities for graft.

Do I hear a hissing sound coming out of the Higher Ed Bubble?
The University of Wisconsin at Madison's graduate program in engineering submitted incorrect data to U.S. News & World Report -- and as a result had its No. 14 spot stripped Wednesday. The graduate engineering program is now unranked.
Back in December, the Justice Department suspended its dangerous “equitable sharing” program, which helps state law enforcement agencies get around state law restrictions on asset forfeiture: the seizure of property from people who, in many cases, have never been convicted of any crime, or even charged with one. Sadly, the program is now back in force:
Probably because there's a democrat in the government somewhere that you and Ted Cruz haven't sniffed out yet.
It's like the Soviet Union. Communism WOULD have worked if EVERY WOULD HAVE JUST COOPERATED, DAMMIT!
Maybe in the next world EVERYONE will be Republican and you can just pretend you have a real democracy.
So, no, I don't know why a selected sample of cities-in-trouble have democrats in the government, but I suspect it's like all these my-side-is-better tropes: something is wrong and someone is on the wrong side so someone on the wrong side did something wrong.
But not my side. Never. And if so, why, I'll find a way to flip the script so that you're a Bush hater / Obama hater / Jesus hater / whatever.

"But why are Democrat-controlled institutions such cesspits of corruption in the first place?"
Because power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely - and leftist/progressive doctrines always require giving more and more power to the government.
"There's more of us than you think... all women are drag queens."
