The 1950s called: Federal judge rules that government can regulate and criminalize consensual sex. More depressing yet is Eugene Volokh's analysis, which seems to indicate that, although regulating homosexual sex violates Lawrence v. Texas, regulating ordinary one-man-and-one-woman heterosexual sex does not.

Because BDSM activity "poses certain inherent risks to personal safety," the court concluded, state governments could claim a legitimate interest in regulating it for "the protection of vulnerble persons" who have chosen to enter BDSM relationships.
So does that mean we are going to start charging linebackers with assault?
After all there is no constitutional right to engage in sports that "[pose] certain inherent risks to personal safety,"
You know where you don't want to be a conservative? on a liberal college, such as U$C:
A student senator at the University of Southern California is the subject of a formal complaint seeking his removal from office for expressing his conservative opinions, such as inviting Milo Yiannopoulos to speak on campus and filming an event for Campus Reform.
Let it burn. Burn it all down. Scatter the ashes and salt the earth. Then these prissy pants activists can worry about things that matter: food, water and shelter.

Cousin Dave, they told me that if I voted for Mitt that the government would be all up in our sex lives and they were right!
The top one percent currently pay 44 percent of federal income taxes and the bottom 45 percent don’t pay, according to the Tax Policy Center. If one percent shouldering 44 percent of the income tax burden represents paying less than a “fair share,” what number, precisely, does Sanders regard as just?
Darth, that's right! And that's the thing about totalitarian governments: it promises a libertine existence, in order to gain popular favor. But once it consolidates power, it's time for puritanism. For the proles, anyway.
Of course the Michigan voters got played. That's the totalitarian impulse of the progressives: you can vote any way you like, but the superdelegates represent your betters.
Meanwhile, Caitlyn Jenner is learning a harsh lesson:
Well, I can see how they’d be stunned. I mean, the gall of Jenner, to elevate the needs of the country or the Constitution over those of the LGBT community! Doesn’t he know that once one is part of that community, there can be no deviation from the script?
Again: the progressives see those who disagree as non-legitimate, and either guilty of badthink (and thus evil) or guilty of being bought off (and thus evil).
Your re-education camp awaits you.
