Amy, that is absolutely horrifying. I understand that the technology itself is probably easy to do, but the fact that law enforcement can find a bank card on your person, take it, then make you prove that you should have it back, is disgusting.

In May, Tennessee lawmakers banned all funding for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The $436,000 that had been budgeted for the office will instead be put toward scholarships for minority students in engineering.

Guy may be a creep sixclaws, but the calls to have him charged with rape are ridiculous.
Sue him in civil court for fraud and breach of contract, but far more women then men could be charged with rape under rape via fraud statutes.

If he were really crafty he would have filmed it, sent the film to the studios knowing they would do nothing with them, and (wait for it) CHARGE the women $99.95 to cover filming, mailing, and handling (get it).
That would be legal as long as they signed a waiver saying they understood that no specific employment was guaranteed.

My problem is the push to charge a person criminally, not for the OBJECTIVE facts surrounding a particular act, but for the subjective feeling after the fact of the complaining party.
These women willingly had sex, no one forced them, no one drugged them, one was drinking but no one forced her. If these allegations are true then this mans action are fairly reprehensible, but rape it is not.
