If it costs you $1,500 to make a sammich from scratch, yer doin' it wrong.
Meanwhile in Florida (where else?):
In what's being described as a "horrible accident" by Punta Gorda Police Chief Tom Lewis, a 73-year-old Florida woman was mistakenly shot dead while participating in a citizen police academy designed to better relations between officers and the community they serve.
Sorry, Chief it isn't a "horrible accident" it's a negligent discharge. Who's going to be arrested and tried for negligent homicide? I would have to say at least the officer who pulled the trigger and anyone else who should have made sure that a negligent discharge could not occur.
The killing of a human being by the act, procurement, or culpable negligence of another, without lawful justification according to the provisions of chapter 776 and in cases in which such killing shall not be excusable homicide or murder, according to the provisions of this chapter, is manslaughter, a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Scott Adams on political violence last March:
So now we have a situation in which two-thirds of the country and most of the mainstream media believe Trump is a Hitler-in-the-making that must be stopped. Only the mainstream media can remedy this situation and apparently that is not financially advantageous. So don’t expect anything but escalation in the “disruptions” and violence.
The Secret Service will do a great job of protecting Trump. But even so, his odds of surviving the next year are dropping quickly. I put the odds of an attempted assassination at about 25% before November. And apparently that’s on me for being a Trumpsplainer. I apologize for that.
One lesson from this tendency: if you are staffing up your own company’s HR department, start at the top with someone who is deeply experienced in your business and will hire HR staff who demonstrate a commitment to making the best products with the best people to survive and profit in a competitive marketplace. “Activist” HR staff who see your business as a platform for doing social work—who want to mold your employees to promote social welfare and support social justice causes—will gradually dull your company’s competitive edge and in the long run destroy it. Overseas competitors, especially Asian companies, will not be as hampered by hiring policies designed to right social wrongs.
Jesus! Yes, that was the POINT. It's an IRONIC explication of the power of free markets, IDA.
Can you accept a concept into your consciousness in any other form beyond a trite fingersnap of sarcasm? What the fuck happened to you? Did you suffer a crippling stroke during a Letterman Top Ten list in 1987? Are you doomed to low-mileage communications from now on, incapable of any response except conversation-crippling snark?

Police say a young woman has lodged a formal complaint that she has been raped - by a Pokemon.
She told officers that she had been sexually assaulted by a giant Pokemon in her apartment in the Russian capital city of Moscow.
Well at least a "white" person has fair warning that this person is a little "whacko".
Be interesting if a "white" girl stated that no POC females could apply because she is scared of their POC boyfriends. Ha Ha Ha.

I guess this means that by the time the public noticed the whining adultchildren at Harvard Law School. It was too late. They already have spread to the point of no return.

Thomas Melone is a green energy mogul. But when someone else decided to install Wind Turbines near his property, he complained:

I'm using that analogy to Cannes, but in retrospective, I think that was a bad analogy.
