Easy example of why 'stop and frisk' came about and why "mass incarceration" is a myth.

I know several men that are basically homeless, ride bikes due to legal/money problems, and cut lawns and whatever for their money. They drink, do drugs somewhat, are crude, and recognize they are responsible for their own miserable life.

It's a choice. Maybe the men are more mature than these "kids" but it's still a deliberate decision. Predators by any other name.

Take away their being responsible for their choices and all you have left is a predatory animal. Non-human. Just a creature looking for an easy meal/victim. What else are they?

Man is the most dangerous animal on earth (unless you live in a gated community).
