My current favorite is that he'll take his hand off the bible at the inauguration, look the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs in the eye and say "There will be no further drone killings without my expressed written AND VERBAL consent plus paperwork for each target who might conceivably be struck."

That's my fantasy of what Donald Trump would say. After he becomes the 45th President of the United States of America.
