My college roommate yesterday linked an article on her FB page that was title "how to avoid being psychologically destroyed by your newsfeed".
If anything on FB psychologically destroys you, your life is far, far too removed from the reality of most of the earth's denizens and you probably aren't safe on your own.
She's in academia. Unsurprising, I know.
