I'll say! I'm guessing this woman keeps her testicles in the trunk, next to the windshield wiper fluid. 
And no, this isn't a parody -- well, that is, the humor apparently isn't intentional. They may take the photo down at the link, but here's the link to an actual cancer center site, with five hospitals "in major metropolitan areas."
In this era, we can't leap to conclusions. Maybe it self-identified as male. The doc would be in deep shlit for saying otherwise. If she has a few spare minutes, she oughta ask him if he's experiencing erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation... then refer to a naturopath. File closed.

Yeah, that's just odd. Whoever built the Web site wasn't paying any attention to the text when they stuck that photo in there. Nonetheless, let's play the "reverse the genders" game... imagine the outrage.

Maybe. There's some rather ugly crap in their page coding, so I'm going with "what do you mean we should tag our images with metadata to insure we use the right images in the right places?"
On the other hand, perhaps they're discussion her late husband's death benefits she can expect, and what the treatment center's cut of it will be.
Avoiding that messy divorce and all those lawyers is well worth it...wut?

Or even "Types of Breast Cancer," which a man can get.
