The Washington Post discusses the impending impeachment of Donald Trump with a few historical examples of impeachment:

Hmm.. Some thoughts on LARPing. Maybe it's because Europeans are way less prone to lawsuits but folks bring real -as in metal and/or wood- battle gear to the field instead of cardboard/Styrofoam. Because of that, there's always an ambulance or two ready at these gatherings in case someone does something stupid.

I sort of understand Christie's being a bootlicker in this case, as one commentator described him, but one thing no politician has EVER wanted to discuss, to my knowledge, is that the divorce rate is caused heavily by the fact that it's too easy to get married - and allowing anyone between 18 and 21 to get married really doesn't help, never mind 16 and 17 year olds. (I realize that any culture that ENCOURAGES teen marriage likely ostracizes any woman who gets divorced, but that hardly makes for happy marriages.)

Btw, according to one novel I found, even in the 21st century, mandatory teen marriages are very common within one all-American group - Irish Travelers. (Hint: They live in trailer parks - when they're not on the run from the law.)
