Tottenberg's claim that Gorsuch struggles to keep up with Kagan in debate and that Kagan is a shining luminary of intelligence on the Court is ludicrous. If not for the "wise Latina woman," Kagan would be the dimmest bulb on the Court.

And, Nina, Gorsuch did not "steal" that seat from Garland, nor is he an illegitimate justice.
