Show of hands; how many of you look at a semi, which weighs 8-10 tons unloaded, and think it can stop on a dime?

Question asked.
So why is the same sort of hatred written by a white person treated a hate crime -- all prosecutorial tools deployed, minor crimes like vandalism pushed to the hilt, even possible charges of intent to make terroristic threats added -- and the hate graffiti, when written by a not-white, though with the exact same intentions of making minorities fear for their safety, stirring up racial divisions, and directing hatred and contempt at one racial group -- treated as mere mischief?
Surely I'm not the only one following the story of the attack on Rand Paul by his neighbor?
Today, we have this:
'In a new statement to CNN's Drew Griffin, Paul's attorney Doug Stafford called the incident "a serious criminal matter involving serious injury." He said both local and federal authorities are looking into it and added the two men had not spoken for years beforehand.
"This was not a 'fight,' it was a blindside, violent attack by a disturbed person. Anyone claiming otherwise is either uninformed or seeking media attention."'
In the FBI, apparently being fat and drunk is the way to go thru life. Top. Men.
An FBI counterterrorism supervisor is the subject of an internal investigation after his gun was stolen following a night of drinking at a North Carolina hotel, officials said.
Robert Manson, a unit chief in the FBI’s international terrorism section, was staying at a Westin hotel in Charlotte, N.C., during training in July when his Glock .40-caliber handgun was stolen.
A police report said a $6,000 Rolex watch and $60 in cash were also stolen.
The New York Times reported Manson and other senior agents had been in North Carolina for training and later went to a hotel bar. Agents told police they'd been drinking with women who said they were exotic dancers.

No. But I think that very little will come of it, for the simple reason: the Democrats with bylines want to encourage such political violence since they believe there will be no push back.
When the push back comes, this business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it.
And, of course, the gift that keeps on giving . . .

Isn't Agent Manson lucky that it was his weapon that was missing, not his gun?

Like, showing what idiots look like.
They look like vegans stepping out in front of a moving semi on the way into a slaughterhouse, then being shocked that it can't stop instantly to avoid running them over.
I don't recall if Darwin was called to adjudicate.

Agree 100%.
The civil war has already started; but, only one side realizes that.

I don't know about an incipient Civil War II, but if some radical nutjob Antifa/BLM type tries to dispose of me, I WILL dispose of him, or die trying.

I had no idea that when somebody steps in front of a semi on purpose, it's the driver who's the lunatic..
