If you weren't convinced the Geek Squad wasn't a group to trust with your computer and it's files, here's a new charge:
Digital rights non-profit Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit last year after it was discovered that the FBI allegedly paid Geek Squad employees to go through their client’s computers while they’re being repaired.
If you gotta send your computer to someone for work, your best bet is to make a good backup (or several) and then wipe the drive. Restore it when you get your machine back.

Hmmm...
Reforming Islam to reconcile it with modern, technological societies based on free will is one of the most important tasks for the world to accomplish. These moves by MbS make it clear that he is betting his career and indeed his life on accomplishing that task.
Sounds like interference with interstate commerce.
The Center for Consumer Freedom has filed amici curiae, or friend of the court, briefs with the Supreme Court of the United States supporting 13 states that are challenging restrictions by California and Massachusetts on what eggs and pork products can be sold in supermarkets.

The best news coming out of Peterson's appearance at Queen's University is that the school backed free speech and refused to cancel the event despite the mob baying for blood outside the lecture hall.
I was going to post that American Thinker link that Darth posted, but he beat me to it. Everyone go read that. It is a huge deal and it has received almost no media attention in the U.S. It's been a nudge-nudge-wink-wink deal that the Saudis have been operating back channels to both Cairo and Jerusalem for the past couple of years, but now it's starting to come out in the open. The Middle East may look very different ten years from now. Better or worse remains to be seen, but it'll be different.

Adam Smith on tariffs -
"As there are two cases in which it will generally be advantageous to lay some burden upon foreign, for the encouragement of domestic industry; so there are two others in which it may sometimes be a matter of deliberation; in the one, how far it is proper to continue the free importation of certain foreign goods; and in the other, how far, or in what manner, it may be proper to restore that free importation after it has been for some time interrupted."
"The case in which it may sometimes be a matter of deliberation how far it is proper to continue the free importation of certain reign goods, is, when some foreign nation restrains by high duties or prohibitions the importation of some of our manufactures into their country. Revenge in this case naturally dictates retaliation, and that we should impose the like duties and prohibitions upon the importation of some or all of their manufactures into ours. Nations accordingly seldom fail to retaliate in this manner."
