Hot Doggie
We don't need AC most days of the year here in Venice, California, but there are those few killer days when...well, I dream of going to LAX, flying home to my parents' place in Michigan, and just lying in my childhood bedroom (complete with insanity-causing red patchwork wallpaper) and basking in the central air.

For those days, I have these gel "cooling towels" -- these weird towels that take in water but don't go all soppy and keep you cool. (Actually, I have one cooling towel and a cooling towel that's blanket-sized for at night, and Gregg does, too.)
